What We Need from You to Promote Your Event

We ask you to assist us in promoting your event & The Ultimate Life Company to our members and guests. We also ask you to promote your event & ULC to your list. We make this easy for you by giving you coded invitations and banners for you to use on your website, blogs, Facebook, and emails. To that end, we require you to provide 30 days in advance:

  1. High definition headshot photograph.
  2. Your biography — give us your credientials and then give us your personality.
  3. A marketing description of your talk — write this in a way that will attract people to your event.
  4. A description of your bonus(es) — title, synopsis, number of pages, value if purchased anywhere else.
  5. High definition picture of your bonus(es)
  6. Optional: 1-2 minute video if you come across well on video. Please send it via YouSendIt or TransferBigFiles, etc. We will upload it to our YouTube channel.

    Suggested text: Hi, This is __________. I am excited to speak to you and the rest of The Ultimate Life Company. We will be sharing about _________________, _________, and ___________. If you or someone you know is looking for a breakthrough in this arena, be sure to attend this event on ___________ at _________ Pacific Time.

  8. Facebook — your main account
  9. Twitter — your main account
  10. LinkedIn — your main account
  11. Facebook and Twitter postings you use to promote your particular talk
  12. PowerPoint Presentation plus script or interview questions 2 weeks in advance of your presentation.

We use this information to create your
event details page and calendar posting.
